Nicky delivered two wonderful workshops for the AUT STEM Women team.
The Collaboration Workshop, with insights into diversity and breaking biases, and International Women’s Day group workshop, showcasing group differences and strengths. These both gave us a platform to engage in thought provoking group activities which helped us to develop insights and understanding on how differences can be strengths and how to navigate this to foster meaningful connections at university and in the workplace.
